What we count

We say prices or rents rose or fell only when the change is over 3% and each period has at least 30 deals. Otherwise we say so and show nearby buildings instead.
Build progress and developer
Percent built, inspection dates and photos, the planned end date, the home count and the developer's project counts come from the project records of the Dubai Land Department. Homes left are the homes it lists for the project, minus the sales registered with it.
