Sales
Every sale of an apartment in Saas Hills registered with the Dubai Land Department since January 2024, up to 3 Nov 2026. Sales up to 2 Nov 2026 come from Dubai Real Estate Data, based on DLD open data (CC BY 4.0). Newer sales come straight from the DLD open-data portal.
Leases
Every Ejari lease registered with the Dubai Land Department since January 2026, up to 2 Nov 2026. Leases don't list bedrooms, so we work them out from the size. Lease length comes from the start and end dates.
What we count
